Maybe there is some issue with your card or its not accepting any international payments. Please-
try to use any international credit or debit card. But adding funds to seoclerks with paypal is very easy and safe. You might use bitcoin. You can Click HERE to add funds to your account, and enjoy...
Cheers...

There could be a few reasons for this.

1. Your IP has been blocked from purchasing
This happens when people will get banned on one account, make a new account, and think they can start making payments again. Your IP might have been blocked from making any sort of purchases because there was fraudulent transactions on it in the past.

2. Your bank is stopping the payments
I've had this happen in the past when I would buy stuff online. The bank actually stops any payments from going through and will not lift the block until you call them. They won't tell you what's going on, you will just have to call them to figure this out, and it's all pretty annoying if you aren't aware this can happen.

3. Your card might not be activated?
Try calling your bank and see if your card is activated. Sometimes a bank will issue a new card, without telling you, and deactivate your current one because they think this is something you'd appreciate. It's pretty annoying and has happened to me in the past when I had a fraudulent transaction go through my account. I called to talk about the transaction, they removed it, but they didn't tell me they were deactivating my card and sending me a new one. It took 2 weeks for me to get my new card and I was not happy about it.

I hope that helps you a little bit to figure out what's going on with your payments.
