Is it possible to use HTPP INJECTOR to hack internet providers data network?

One programmer told me that it's possible to use HTPP INJECTOR to bypass or hack internet providers data network, as the software acts as a back door to gaining internet access without having to go through the proper channels of subscribing for data.

How true is this statement?

I have a question. Is VPN illegal? It's actually a trend nowadays and I know a lot of people who use it. But, here I am confused, and just learned that it's like hacking the network provider's domain. Can someone enlighten my troubled mind? I would really appreciate it if you help me. Thank you so much.

VPN hacks are so prevalent nowadays that it's being offered openly in social media platforms like Facebook. I haven't tried it yet but I think that it really works, although some sites would label you unsafe and would block your access.

VPN can make your IP private to everyone, it can't be used to hack something.

HTTP was designed specifically to fetch html files and sends it to the client. It become designed in an great way. It turned into being constantly developed and features had been being delivered to it. It became the most handy way to fast and reliably move information at the web. This approach might also will let you bypass a few firewall / SSH port blocks. but, it's far very easy to detect and requires a few manage over the server and target machines.

I am quite confused with this discussion because hacking is out of my line. However I am interested with VPN that it can hide your IP address. What’s on my mind is that you can create several users for one forum that you can masquerade as being 5 users because you can use 5 IP addresses with the VPN. Pardon me if my understanding of VPN is incorrect and I hope you can elaborate on the issue.

Really? That's an awesome information and a risky one. Hacking alone is a dangerous thing, how much more if it's a big company? You should be the top hacker and programmer to be able to escape the risk. Well, I'm not any of that, so, I'll stay in the safe side.

I don't use VPN's. I think having rotating or static IP's are good enough. I always question why a person would want to use a VPN to surf or browse the web. Like, what are they up to? If you're not living in a country where the government is monitoring your surfing habits I mean.
