Forst of all you need to create at least one service. While creating service, you need to give it a search friendly title and description. Your title and description must include primary and secondary keywords. You have to optimize your service for internal and external search.
You must be careful while pricing your service. No body wants to buy an expensive service from a newbie. Therefore offer your service for fairly well price.

Exactly! You made a great point on how to go with your pricing especially when you still new topic the marketplace. As a new comer, you still have to prove yourself to the prospective clients in the marketplace. So, clients are always skeptical with new fishes in the market but once they get to prove themselves with the service they other, then their price won't be any problem on the long run.

When I came here, I was already doing well on another freelancing platform, still I was a newbie here. The buyers did not care much about my portfolio on other sites. First and foremost, welcome to the platform! When I first joined, which was years ago, I did not know what to sell. Then I thought about it for awhile, and decided what am I good at? Is what I am good at marketable or monetizable? I decided to sell social stuff in the early days because everyone was doing it and it was very profitable, which today won't suffice because of the crackdown and quality of the social stuff.

However, today I tend to lean more towards my programming services, which are not listed here but more so via my own website. If you have a skill that you think people may need, then create a service for that skill, and monetize it. I see you already posted a service, and it appears you're going in the right direction. You will probably need more services than just social bookmarks. Always remember to offer quality, not saying your services aren't but the marketplace is saturated with bookmarking services so you probably won't get the sales volume you thought you would get.
