    On page SEO and off page SEO- both is necessary for white hat SEO. Bing search engine topology is different. But if you do white hat SEO for your website and finish the submission process with Bing search engine- than there have a possibility to show your website on Bing search engine result page. Your website content should need to be 100% unique.

    Both are important, however, if you want to choose one of these SEO techniques, I think on page SEO will be more beneficial. ON page SEO is related to making your content better. If contents are good, search engines will obviously give you better rank. It is also very easy to do on page SEO. For off page seo you need to generate backlinks, social signals and both of these techniques are really hard.

    For the on-page SEO, the contents is the backbone of the website and without content there is no website to speak of. With just that statement it is already obvious that content is the most important. However, doing the marketing for your website is the most important to get readers and marketing is an off-page SEO particularly the posting of your backlinks to another website.
