What about a Cheat Buyer?

Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ

What about a Cheat Buyer?

If a buyer creates a job and you respond and bid on the job. After the buyer purchases your service,  and within time, you also deliver. But the buyer reject it , showing some reasons. Then you re-do the job and send that again to finished delivered work.

My question is- The status of the order is - 'Delivered'. Now what if the buyer did not respond your message, and leave the job project without any indication within the dead line. Also if the buyer download my work i send, and use it as there own.-
1> Do i get the money from the buyer?
2> Did SEOclerks able to something about it?
3> Did i clam the copy right of that work, if i dont have the payment, i am promised?
4> Is there any way to report such cheat buyer ?
5> What if the buyer rejects, the he/she still have my work, if they use it can i clam money?

how to report a buyer about a specific job?

TsuyoyRival
Just send a message to the site, tell them that this specific buyer did not complete his agreement and pay you for your time during a certain task. Make sure to have some type of proof, like pictures/screenshots.

i simply inform that, and now waiting for there response.

it is not about just payment money. Its about the time i lost to execute the job.

I have never experienced any like this, but I think the best way is to report with proof what is going on. If the site is reliable, they will make sure you will be compensated.

yes, but its a intellectual property. articles or writing contents. For how many days u r able to track it. when u delivered ur work to a buyer and they reject your work. u did not get paid. But they still have your work. They may be use that later for sure.
The trick : All it need to add some money to ur account. Create a job ad. Recruit / hire some people for that job. Say u need 100 articles written. u hire 10 people . 10x10 jobs. They deliver the finished job within time. But you reject 8 peoples work. then for the cost of 20 articles, you got 100 articles written. The money can be again transfered to Paypal or others method. Thats what they are doing.

I think it is inevitable that there will be people that take advantage of others. They have been there for a long time and they will always be. I believe there is a rating system for buyers here? I have seen in Upwork where clients also have accounts wherein they accumulate ratings and reviews from the people the worked with. There will be peace of mind once they buyer is credible as seen on his ratings.

yeah, but the buyer i am working with have a very little reviews. So i think, i will wait for the support team to reply.

In my opinion every contents provider should Have something like a plugin or a program to help their site to detect if their contents are used on a certain site, That's how to deal with cheaters I know lots of freelancers face this issue, And I think just for the sake lf the time spent on that content to reduce this we should make clients pay just some amount of money even if the content is rejected.

Yes, you are right, cause the writer lost so much time to write for the buyer. But a little money can help to settle a little. Say 6-10% of total payment, if the buyer rejects the articles. And the buyer don't clam the copyright if they reject the work.

Hello
Have a wonderful day.

In these case- you have to say the full details to SEOClerk support team. If SEOClerk support team thinks you are right than they will take necessary action. Moreover every profile have report action. So you can make a report to SEOClerk. This types of client is minimal 1% on SEOClerk. If you face this types of problem- that is a bad luck.

Thanks
Centurion

You can contact to ionicware at the bottom of the page link.

https://ionicware.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Mention the nature of your problem. Give some links to explain where they can find out the issue. Also explain in detail why the buyer is cheater or so. This way you would be able to get some resolution for your problems. That is how I have noticed things.

I think you should try to read reviews of buyers if possible. There are always going to be those particularly in an an online situation who are going to try to take advantage of others. You need to try to weed them out to the best of your ability.

I just wanted to say that I am sorry this occurs, and it sounds like a bit of a nightmare, to be sure. I have not yet had this happen to me, and as far as I know, none of my intellectual property has been stolen or mis-used, but if were to find out that it had been, i would go after the person who committed this act and try to make sure he or she was penalized.

This reminds me of the Sunday market where a friend bought wind chimes made of wood. It was elegant but the durability was in question because it lasted only for a month and the 2 pieces that she bought were already broken. When she came back to the Sunday market to complain, the seller couldn’t be found. She just charged it to experience that you should not buy when the seller is new and has not established his presence.

I spoke with some experienced people. They told me about the trick, and how its execute.

Hope SEOclerks know this, and have some thing to prevent cheaters like this.

I think seoclerks really responsive on any problem you faced. If you do faced this kind of problem, suspected a bid, just report that bid to the support. I am sure they will answer and respond.
Act like that will hurt this site, I am pretty sure they will take this seriously.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

razarshi
yeah, i also hope that too. I already contact with the support team, and waiting for there response.

But a buyer can be cheat, like a seller can also be bad. Its tough to find some good people around us.
