We only send Mobile traffic to US, UK or Canada only.
The buyer bought our service but the buyer targeted on UAE.
So, I rejected the order.
The question is, will this kind of rejection affect my reputation as a seller?
You should have asked the buyer to change his/her target country to avoid the cancellation.
btw SEOclerks does not have order cancellation tracker yet. (I am not 100% sure)
All the best,
Yes, you're right there! I was considering to do that also. However, the requirement already stated very clear for into that I needed to start the order.
Including the above, another big issue was, info not sufficient. Definitely, the buyer didn't read properly or has a problem to understand English.
My requirement as follow:
1.Website Address: Only goo.gl URL guarantee 100% delivery
2.Time Span: For one week – enter 7, for one month enter 30.
2500 traffic: 7 days / 30 days [ 2500 traffic = 357 x 7 days or =250 x 10 days ]
5000 traffic: 7 days / 30 days [ 5000 traffic = 714 x 7 days or =166 x 30 days ]
3.Category Targeting: Select ONE only
4.Country Targeting: One Country Only ( US/Canada/UK)
This buyer failed to provide info on item 1, 2, 3 & 4.
You can see, it is difficult.
Pardon me for intruding into this discussion because I am very curious about the selling of service for traffic. There was a time when we were part of a campaign for a candidate in the senatorial contest that we needed to get more followers to the Facebook fan page of our candidate. Some smart guys came to offer their service but in the end they admitted that the followers they will give were actually bots. Do you think it is legal and moral?
