SEO : Ecommerce too many product affiliate pages.

Hello everyone,

I'm currently busy with a multi niche website. One of those niches consists of Affiliate marketing. So I wonder is creating too many product pages bad? I'm currently affiliated with AliExpress and they've got over twenty-thousand products. Would it hurt my website if I scraped them all and posted it on my website? I know in general web-scraping is bad, however they're just products.

Most content looks like this :
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Simplee-Backless-2017-beach-summer-dress-women-sundress-Bow-casual-linen-sexy-dress-Slim-fit-bodycon/32800346917.html

I make all the links nofollow on my website. (that's the idea atleast)

Best regards,
Sam.

I would imagine as long as you also had a Blog on your Site as well, filled with relevant Content and a good Text to HTML Ratio, it couldn't hurt all that bad (from my experience)

I have an Affiliate Store that has ZERO Content,( aDollarSEO.com ) it just Displays Live Product Feeds from SEOClerk's API, and it Ranks #1 for Several HIGH Competition Key-phrases (even out-ranks Fiverr in several Cases).
RANKS #1 on PAGE #1 for:
RANKS #5 on PAGE #1 for:
Which I still find it hard to believe. I don't advertise for it, nor have I don't much SEO for it.

I think the main reason it Ranks above all the other $1 SEO-Clerk Affiliate Stores, might be due to the fact that mine was the first one, so it's ranking based on it's seniority.
But you should be fine. (according to my situation, at least)

Good luck!!

I don’t think it can harm your site if you are in affiliate marketing because it is understandable that you are using the product descriptions of the original post from the online store. But my question is why do you tag your site as a no-follow link? Is that your way of being selfish or you are just trying to be careful with the backlinks of dangerous sites like porn sites or gambling sites?
