    How can I add a team member/user to my Ahrefs account?

    I need to add a team member from the staff to our Ahrefs account so they have access, and it says there is an option for 3 based on subscription level and yet I am not being given the option to add anyone. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    You can't add users/team members to your Ahrefs account. What they mean by that is that you can share your main account login/password with your team members and each of your can access the site at the same time. In other words, all users will login with one account and have the same access as all other users.

    We had the same question and this is the response we received from Ahrefs (online chat):
    By adding more users we mean an option of simultaneous access to account by several people at a time with shared login details.

    Thus, all you need to do is share your login details with 2 more users and all users get the same access to all account info.

    Depends on the type of account that you bought, but as far as I know you can't really add users to your main account. That doesn't really make any sense. What you can do and what I'm doing at the moment is provide the user login details to your team, this way everyone gets to use the account, maybe you shouldn't use it at the same time though.

    Ahrefs is a great tool that can help both the people doing SEO but also the guys doing online marketing like AdWords or the ones that just need to research the competitors to drawn certain conclusions.
