When you're working freelance there is no guarantee that clients will pay you on time, and some will try to avoid paying for your services at all. That means that there is no guarantee that you will be able to pay yourself a wage every month. This is strakly different from the wage situation of a regular job, where you are basically guaranteed a pay slip every four weeks. Chasing clients for you wages can be incredibly stressful and it is surprising to find just how many won't pay you on time. We think that is probably the worst aspect of working freelance.
It can be difficult to motivate yourself when there's no one to answer you to . However , losing motivation is one of the worst things you can so as a freelancer. You need to keep the level of work consistent and stay productive to keep on top of everything. Having no work to do is a bad thing; if this happens you need to be looking for me.
in order to keep up motivation, the best thing to do is to set yourself a schedule and stick to it. This gives you the stability and accountability to stay on top of the work that you need to do.
working alone can be difficult sometimes. Most humans are social creatures and in general, we enjoy human interaction.

I think you have a wrong notion about freelancing. People end up being a freelance not because they are rejected by companies or are not competent for the job market. People become freelancer because they want the freedom to work. As a freelancer, you are your own boss.
If you want to try your hands in freelancing just because you want to gain experience and use that experience to get a job, your freelancing experience can help. You can ask for recommendations from the clients or give them the links where you have listed your portfolio.

To enjoy freelancing you need to have marketable skills. You just have a PC and internet connections and you expert to make million. You need to equipped yourself with the necessary skills, talents, creativity and innovative spirit.

Remember before you came on board people were already there. So it a race or competition though we believe the sky is big enough for everyone but in reality,it might not be so.

In order to succeed as a freelancer, you need various skills such as writing skills, SEO skills, designing skills, programming skills, marketing skills. Before you choose to become a freelancer, develop your skills. You can write well does not mean you will be a successful freelance writer. In order to succeed, you must have the ability to produce SEO article. You must be well informed on how to market your work.

I can read through your text, @Babbar86. You've had a good run as a freelancer but you're now seeking employment. The problem is, prospective employers are asking for a certificate of employment and salary which you can't provide because you're an undocumented freelancer, There are different ways to go about it.

You can have your freelancing service registered with your local government and tax authorities. This will require you to file financial statements and tax returns as well as entitle you to state benefits. You can present the business registration and the duly filed FS and tax return as proof of income when a prospective employee asks for them.

The second approach is to set up a corporation or LLC with your relatives or fellow freelancers at the lowest capitalization allowed. You and the other freelancers/stockholders can then be registered as employees of the corporation. You can appoint among yourselves an HR Director or Admin Officer who will be authorized to issue a certificate of employment and compensation. You can use this certificate as proof that you are an employee with regular monthly earnings.

I am not sure if you can use your freelancing experience as part of your work experience. As of now, freelancing is an informal occupation that companies will have a hard time in recognizing. In fact, a freelancer can say so many kinds of work online that may not be relevant to company work.
