    I am unable to open my profile

    Hello Everyone!

    Since this morning i can not open my profile several times i have tried to click on my ID but did not show any option! where showing settings,my profile,etc....

    Please advise what is the problem and how i can solve this unexpected situation..

    Hi there, I have just clicked to go to my profile and I was able to go to my profile without any problems. Could it have been that there was a slight glitch with the connection when you clicked to go to your profile? Have you tried again since to see if you are still having the same problem?

    If you are still having the same problem you could try clearing your cache on your browser, resetting your browser (close it and re-open) and see if you have the same issue.
