Many buyersdo not understand that they need to submit instructions

I have encountered this problem several times. Many buyers buy a service, and then do not submit any instructions. So as a seller I get the email that someone has bought the service, but I cannot even see the order in my dashboard among my sales, let alone submit the work as I cannot access the order. Since many buyers have poor language skills it is difficult to help them understand how to go about this. Any guidelines available to help them understand? This is a very common problem and I really hope the process is simplified in some way or another.

I got this situation several times! last incident just happened yesterday. I have sent privately their order link, explain to buyer that I can't start the order if he didn't follow the instruction. No respond or anything from the buyer. Suddenly after some days, the buyer responded the order, still not follow the instruction, only said that he is waiting and ask me to cancel the order if I don't have the stock. wt..... :facepalm

2 of the incidents related to this topic (from some incidents) coming from buyers who can speak English very well. I have no idea how to sort this out I just hope this won't lead to misunderstanding between me and buyers.
