I see many members on here offering likes and followers ?

Like the title say's I do see many members with services selling followers for twitter or likes to tweets . But soon as I make a service like this it gets deleted . Any tips will be good as I am good with social networks and can offer great services if I can manage to keep them.

Due to the numerous complaints by the buyers of likes and followers, that kind of service has been banned in this site. Obviously most of those numbers that are supplied by the sellers were not real which means they may have been created by bots that sooner or later the number will revert to the original figure as if those bought likes and followers are gone. That happened many times because of those fake likes and fake followers.
