I put funds and it was cancelled ?

Not sure why my funds were canceled. In my account the money shows as taken but it is not showing on my available balance here...

Which payment system you used to add funds?
If your money is deducted from your account and not showing in your Seoclerks balance yet, then you should probably contact supprot team to resolve your problem. You will need to provide proof of payment so prepare your invoices.

The marketplace utilizes strict anti fraud measures. So perhaps your payment email or payment method was fraud as a possible risk of fraud. You will need to contact the support, and request that they look into this issue for you. Often times it's a safety measure, like for instance if you are ordering via a proxy then sometimes the order is canceled. Often at times the money is returned to the payment account in which the funds were sent from. If you need further help, the marketplace uses Sift Science, I believe, unless it was changed. You could also contact them if you feel you are being marked as high risk. However, it's best to just contact the support to get a answer.

Just saw my money was given back to me. Ima put money again hopefully will not have issue this time.

I hope everything went smoothly the second time around and I am glad to hear that your money did appear back in your account. I think like the other members state that your payment may have been flagged as a possible fraud for some reason.

yea that's what had happened, it was flagged as fraud, non of the info i have on the site here matched my card info thats why
I did know this site that why i had put all my info like that
I talked to staff and now is good
