Help i was moved back to level 1

help i was moved back to level 1; i login every day and i respond to all orders before 24 hours!! what really happened??

Maybe log a query with support or send them an email to support@seoclerks.com. Maybe you got an infraction or something?

Sorry to hear that. To be fair, infractions need to be 'punished' so as to try and make sure that everybody is following the rules and keep their activities according to what the site terms state. I believe that in most cases you can improve your level eventually. It depends on what really happened to cause the demotion however. Support staff could be more precise in the answer. I suggest you try to follow all the rules to avoid such negative occurrences.

Hello pushnaira,
It's impossible for us to tell you why you've been demoted to Level 1. As long as you've done everything within the user levels to be promoted, you should be a Level 2 user. However, infractions, as you've mentioned, will affect your user level and you can only know exactly what will happen, by contacting SEOClerks support about it.

From my understanding, infractions can demote you to another user level for a short period of time, but not only that, it might actually stick too, until you've done something to prove that you won't be doing it further on too. I guess that each case are unique and that these things depends on the individual more than anything else.

Talk to the support about it, and hopefully you'll get the answer you're looking for.
