I cannot make WTB and WTT

HELLO !
Plz anyone help me ,when i creat WTBs or WTTs it says waiting for an approvel ok its right but hours of hours passed my wtb or wtt didint appear...
I tryed 7 to 8 times......if anyone can help plz reply me...

Well have you checked that those services are not against the terms of service? Just keep in mind that there have been some changes recently regarding Social Media services as some social network services are no longer allowed!
