Having issues with uploading files,.is anyone experiencing it?

Please is anyone having issues with uploading a file and after uploading , it reads 0 byte in that nothing is in the content even after uploading something. i posted some files to a buyer but the buyer reported that the files is BLANK as shown below. so i have told the buyer to hold on till further notice and pending when the problem be solved.
is anyone also having this problem?,.. and how do i resolve it if i can by myself or is it a problem of the seoclerks website?

PLEASE ADMIN STAFF, I know one of you will surely read this, please do something about it so that i can successfully deliver completed orders to my buyers as fast as possible.

OK,. thanks for your response. i was terrified initailly as it will surely affect my delivery of orders to my buyers but now i can relax and hope they resolve it as fast as possible.

This morning I also sent a ticket and they replied that they are aware of the problem and are working on it to solve it as soon as possible.

I agree that it is quite a problem as I have had a buyer rejecting my work, and I was worried as to why that was the case until I found out why. I also have other buyers waiting in the meantime. So as soon as it is resolved I will be able to send over my orders. Hope that will be soon! Having issues with uploading files,.is anyone experiencing it?

wow,. thank God the problem is not from me but a general issue. i was really scared when i try uploading and it wasnt going at all. i just hope that the problem is solved very fast withint the next 24 hours so that we can deliver our orders in time and avoid negative feedback.

It has been resolved. They sent me an email, and I tried sending a file to a buyer and all is fine

Yes this problem has been going on for a few days, so it is making an inconvenience when trying to deliver an order. I initially thought it was a bug with the antivirus system that was in place, but I could be wrong and I probably am.. Generally it doesn't take the programmer too much time to fix an issue, so you can be assured that he is working on it. As EliteWriter has already mentioned, they are aware of the problem and will resolve it.
