Hi,

When i try to upload my completed work, its gets upload to 100% but uplaod will not get mark as COMPLETED

Please assist

I think I got this problem at least once! Be careful at the size of your archive, its needs to be at 50mb max, so anything above that won't upload.

If you already have the archive below 50mb, I suggest you do the following:

1. Logout SEOclerks
2. Make the Archive .zip if you have it .rar
3. Clear your browser cache and cookies
4. Log in and try to deliver again - if it still doesn't work then maybe the problem is not from you, maybe SC has a small problem with uploading archives, wait a while, it will be fixed.

Like Cristian said, be sure that your archive does not exceed 50 mb. Sometimes you have to clear your cache in order to "pass" this small glitch. I am sure that if you wait a bit it will be solved.

Since you already tried the steps above, perhaps there is a virus in the archive that you are not aware of?

You need to make sure the archive doesn't contain any viruses either otherwise it won't be uploaded and it'll get "stuck".

Try this free tool:
VirusTotal - Free Online Virus, Malware and URL Scanner

If there is no viruses, and the archive is not over 50mb than you'll need to contact support to get this worked out. There could be other issues that is conflicting with the upload.

A quick fix to this problem would be to upload your delivery archive in a dropbox link or google driver or anything else that lets the buyer download it in a safe way without the need of an account.

Just use a file sharing site. I have had clients who did this when they needed to send me a file with instructions for example. WeTransfer is a good one which is often used.

Hi jskangel thanks for letting us know your problem. Yep! I have faced this problem several time when I am going to upload file by zip folder. It was showing 100% completed but not marked as completed. It should be problem due to some reasons. Firstly due to server problem. Sometimes SEOclerks upload server getting such problem but if you try it again then file will upload again. or, facing problem with internet. Due to slow internet or interruption of internet connection fine will not be uploaded. Sometimes it may getting problem for cash file error. So, clear your history file on your browser and try it again.
