Being in Tech Support from home? I never heard of seen such a job opportunity! Would be great though! But how are they going to keep track with you, like how are they going to know that you are offering the best answers possible and not just crap?

I would love to get a full-time job in this industry! Especially if get better compared with my current day jobs. Stability, no need in looking for clients, maybe a contract with full benefits, where do I sign in?

Oh yes I love IT guys. I am the type of person that wants to throw away my laptop if there is a small problem. I don't like fiddling with it, it must just work. I love it when people come and fix my things. I would much rather have someone fix my things than try and check to make sure that I even plugged it in properly.

That's a good idea, being a work from anywhere IT support. But getting a job like that is quite tough in my opinion. It's quite hard to tap big companies for IT support work. I've tried applying online and I haven't landed a job yet.
