I think if you search on SEOclerks marketplace for expecting service, you will get MetaCafe views service. If you do not find, create a want to buy (WTB) and offer your custom service there. And I am sure you will get your expected service there from many freelancer. You just need to give your budget and they should offer what they can? And hire them within your budget.
