Buyer wont accept cancellation and make my deliver late

Buyer wont accept cancellation manually and make orders late and that affects rating. What to do to make him acccept it?

If I understand you correct, you want to cancel the order as you won't be able to deliver in time, because of the buyer? -As long as you answer your clients replies, on your order page, your response time will not be affected in a negative way. Your delivery time however, will increase by this, but as long as you and your client have an agreement, you should still deliver the order and the buyer would be able to rate your service after that. Even though you might have deliver the service late in that specific scenario, it shouldn't be a valid reason to give you negative feedback off. In case you do get negative feedback because of that, just contact SEOClerks support and they will most likely sort that out.

Hi sanfora thanks for your question. I think as a seller you are unable to deliver order any ways and now you want to cancel order. So, it is very simple just cancel order mutually and if buyer will not accept, it does not affect on order cancelation. After 2 days order will cancel automatically. But if buyer abort the mutual cancelation request and want to deliver order any ways. To do so if you can. Either you can do cancel 2 ways. Once you can cancel order by force cancelation, and this will affect on your rating as negative rating. not recommended. And another way is you can contract with help desk for cancelation order and say your reason of cancelation. This way your rating and response time will not affected.

I suggest you try to contact the buyer and explain why you would like to opt for a mutual cancelation. It should be the last resort. In case you start the mutual cancelation request and the buyer fails to accept it, I believe the order will be automatically canceled after 2 days. So ideally try to reach a consensus where you deliver the order if you do not want this to effect your response time. Chances are that it is the best alternative as the buyer will probably accept the service as he ordered it after all. You might have explained why you want a mutual cancelation in this discussion.

According my experience so far i only got the buyer accept cancelation and usually they are req cancellation. Why do you late delivery?
