There seems to be a problem when trying to attach files

I do not know if I am the only one experiencing this at the moment, but there seems to be a problem when I am trying to attach a file to send the completed order to the buyer. I tried in different orders to check but the problem persists.

It was just a minor bug and it should be solved by now. Refresh and give it a go! It worked for me There seems to be a problem when trying to attach files

What error do you get or what happens when you attempt to attach a file? Have you contacted support?

Have you tried deleting your cache and temporary Internet files then refreshing and trying again? This sounds like an isolated case as I was just able to upload an attachment a a little earlier with no problems. So if you haven't done so already, try deleting your browsers cache and cookies and that, closing and reopening your browser and try again and that should sort it. Otherwise what is the problem specifically? What happens when you upload the file? How big is the file you're trying to upload? Is there any error message shown to you if so what does it say? Try this and then try again and if it's still happening, try to record what the message said to you is if any or try to take a screenshot. Also, have you tried in a different browser or just the one browser and which browser is it happening in? I'm sure it's just an isolated case or a temporary thing but try these things first and then it should be okay. Let us know! There seems to be a problem when trying to attach files

I encounter problems too. I tried attach a file within a inbox message just now, and it doesn't work. Nothing happens when I press "attach files". Nothing at all.

Hopefully it's just a small bug, so it'll be fixed shortly. And hopefully automatically There seems to be a problem when trying to attach files

Guys is this only when you go to deliver an order? In the "Deliver Completed Work" tab or just in any tab? As I just tried it then and sent an attachment to my buyer and it worked fine for me. I haven't tried attaching a file in the Deliver Completed Work tab yet but yeah.

I can't attach any files in my messages. The inbox messages. Nothing happens at all. I click the "attach file" button but nothing happens. No matter how many times I press it.

As I have adBlock activated, I tried to deactivate this but it's still the same thing. Nothing happens. The url change into: "#attach" as soon as I press "add a file attachment (50 mb max.)" but nothing shows. No popup, no nothing.

Edit:
I've also tried both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. None of them works.

I just tested by attaching a file in the inbox to a user. It worked without any issues.

Same. I just sent a test message to Andre with a test text file and it attached/sent with no problems.

Yes when i click on attach, the usual message where you click to choose the file was not coming up. But now it is fine. Did not get the time to check yesterday but thankfully it was resolved.

I've just received two messages with attachments so maybe this bug has been sorted out now?

I couldn't attach file to a message from my iphone while traveling last month. I downloaded several browsers and tried them all.. No luck. It was fine when I got back and tried it on my computer, so I'm pretty sure it was just my mobile device not working with the site messaging system.

When this kind of thing happens on my computer, I always try a different browser, first.. If that doesn't do the trick, I clear my cache and refresh.. If that still doesn't do the trick, Help Desk it is! There seems to be a problem when trying to attach files I haven't had to bug SEOclerks about any technical bugs yet, though.

Just run into the same problem atm, any possible solutions? I have latest firefox browser installed.

This issue (along with the other ones mentioned in the other thread) should be fixed now. If you are still having issues, please clear your cache and try again. If the problem persists, let us know on the helpdesk.

Hi havesomefun, we are aware of the issue and working to correct it. Can you create a helpdesk ticket with any information about the files you are attempting to upload such as file size, file type, browser and any error message you receive?

Its just a zip file with three Excel reports, it do not show me any errors, just when I press "Add a file attachment (50mb max.)" nothing happens.

I am using Chrome and it is happening to me too at the moment. I hope they fix it soon.
