    How do we advertise our service in the community discussion?

    I want to advertise my service in the community discussion. But I can't. How can I advertise our service in the community discussion?

    Currently there is no option to advertise your services or anything else in community discussions. Whole community discussions is linked to our marketplace and your avatar is linked to your store, so your activity in CD can boost your exposure.

    Only extra option is to make some of your services "featured" and they will be on display in right sidebar.

    Advertising is not allowed in the community discussion as this is intended to be a spam free environment. If you do advertise here your posts will be deleted by the moderators.

    As far as I know community discussions are only intended for questions, tutorials and to discuss, not to advertise our services. Obviously the more you contribute valuable content and posts on community discussions, you are likely to attract some attention to you. Your profile image is visible next to your comment/answer/question, and one may click on it and go to your profile page where there are the services that you offer.
    If you want to advertise you should use bumps, so that your service is shown on top in the marketplace. You could also put your services on sale for some time.

    Basically you answered your own question How do we advertise our service in the community discussion?

    You can't directly advertise your services by adding links to a community discussion. You can however be active on the community discussion by adding valuable content and getting people to see you as an authority. Think of the community discussion section as a place you can help build your brand. And when I say "add valuable content" I'm not referring to you saying "Thanks!" or "Great Post!" but rather an informative article about something that will intrigue people.

    You won't make sales directly, but your profile is linked to the community discussion and your profile shows all your services (just like anwebservices mentioned). This will get people to click through to your profile and then they will check out your services. If your service is what they are looking for, or they think they need it after they read it, they'll purchase from you How do we advertise our service in the community discussion?

    You can also set up a featured listing on SeoClerks and your service, or services, will show at the top of the listings and get many more click throughs than the other basic listings.

    You can't display or post links directly to your service because the community discussion is more of a place to share information and not to push a service. A forum gets hit with a lot of spam and the community discussion is here to try and prevent that while getting people more involved with the discussions and content being shared.

    Sorry you can't post links to your services, but it will be better in the long run for everyone this way How do we advertise our service in the community discussion?
