    My services keep getting deleted without any notification

    Hello I really don't know why but my services keep getting deleted without my notice I don't get any information or something like that when they get deleted. How to solve this?

    Could you specify what you are trying to sell? Most probably your service infringes the Listing Guidelines. Apart from that, as pointed out by mike, you need to make sure that you are being truthful in what you offer, and that you do not engage in any false or misleading advertising. You cannot state something and then contradict yourself, or make promises to prospective buyers if you do not intend to maintain them or stick to them. Being misleading is not going to get you anywhere as even though someone does order, you will end up with a negative rating and a bad reputation.

    Hi SpezzViews Thanks for letting us know your concern. And I heard may several time about this issue, service continuously delete by admin. I often ask you do you know about SEOclerks new Listing Guidelines? Or do you know anything about SEOclerks TOS? If you aware about these both part, I am sure you will get answer why your service has deleted. Despite of I am going to tell you shortly few things. Recently SEOclerks has changed some rules for creating service and most of the Social media service no more accepted. For example: Facebook, like, followers, twitter like, followers and something like that type of service continuously deleted from SEOclerks for several fraud reason. If your service related with such SM, do not need to contact with Help Desk, either you can contact, if you think any error.

    Contact support it could also be a system glitch. I sell SoundCloud, but I found out one day, any new service I tried to create for SoundCloud got deleted. I was told to do the same service, but leave SoundCloud out of the title and it worked. So possibly you are doing nothing wrong yourself.

    It is not system glitch, specially not when your services getting deleted many times. It's all about Listing guidelines!

    Most of the time that is true,but other people were making the same services I was and using soundcloud in the title and their services were ok! I always used original titles as well to avoid copying anybody else. Anything is possible a guess.

    No matter if you publish one of forbidden service(s) by Listing guidelines, sooner or latter they can be removed if they are against guidelines. Seoclerks staff monitoring all services constantly, but there is more then 400.000 services here and it's not easy job, that's why it's easier to filter newly added services and there is probably some automates filters with certain words to automatically remove these services on submission

    As you say, if the service is on the banned list, it will eventually be deleted. Also, this was for Reddit services, which are unrelated to Soundcloud - the services were well established with ratings, not a new service. There was no reason listed for deletion, so possibly it was something to do with a buyer complaint. In any event, the service was restored already so far as I know, so the matter is resolved.

    So it might be a good idea to leave out the name of what you are promoting in the title and see if that works! After all as long as it ends up in the right category people will see it. I have always paid the $50 a month for the Category Feature sometimes even $100. I would not even have a business doing what i do without spending the money to advertise.

    As for why a service might be deleted, we were getting so many complaints from buyers who were purchasing social media services from new sellers. For that reason, most Facebook/Twitter/Soundcloud services from new sellers are being deleted. And, sometimes a seller will slip one past, but that usually gets deleted within a few weeks when we do a sweep of the Marketplace. We're just being more selective about who can offer social media here as we want only the best of the best in the Marketplace. It's not favoritism, just good business sense. And, hopefully this improves the experience for more veteran sellers who have a proven track record of being able to provide quality services.
