As a freelancer we all know how much time that passes before breaks and one can sit in front of the computer for about 12 or 14 hours per day with tedious work.
With that being said, we've also discussed "freelancer injuries" and also talked about the importance of taking breaks but also how important it is to work ergonomically.
It's also equally important for office personnel or professional gamers to sit properly, just like it is being a freelancer.
So my question is, what kind of chair do you use?
I've just ordered this:
I chose this chair as I have many friends who speaks highly of it and I finally decided to buy one for myself.
Do you think it's important to have a proper chair?

Haha, I totally understand you. Having this or any other type of chair won't do you any good while in bed. It's not that practical to have a nice chair in your bed. :P

It's obviously nice to have one for many reasons, while i am more like Febs, working all around my house until i finally set up my home office once for all, then i will be searching for one like this and nice office table too :)

That chair cost 2,995 SEK, which would be about ?$360. I do agree that one should have a good chair and that's the reason I finally bought this one. (Even though I haven't got it delivered yet.) The one I have now is probably something similar to the one you described.. And one of the wheels is actually broken, so I can't roll around the way I want without having to think about it. :D

Not the best way for ergonomics. But I am always jumping up whenever I work and I can only work in little bits and pieces because I have my 2 year old and 4 year old home from 12 every day.
My mom would be horrified if she knew how I worked. She is always stressing the importance of the right chair.
I will be investing in one at some stage, it just won't be today while it is cold and I am under the covers! Oh that chair looks seriously good. I am terrible, I work wherever I can with my 2 kids hanging on me and when it is really cold I have to be honest I work in bed. Not the best way for ergonomics.
