To make your body stronger, I would suggest to do weight training. Start with just using your own body like squats without weight and gradually increase to weights. And also eat the right foods and take vitamins daily.

A good nutrition and exercise, specifically, ones that strengthen your core. Start with providing your body all the nutrients and proteins it needs to give you the energy. We neglect taking care of our bodies and jump straight to exercises. Then, work on your physical body by strengthening it. If you can't do hard exercises, try some yoga. Find what works for you and you will see results.

Keeping a strong, healthy body is a lot simpler than people make it out to be. However, just because something is simple doesn't exactly mean it is going to be easy. In order to maintain lifelong health and strength, you're going to have to make a habit out of living a healthy lifestyle.

Stay away from trendy diets. Much like get rich quick schemes, get healthy fast diets don't work and can possibly do more harm than good. Educate yourself a bit on basic nutrition, and look up some healthy, lean recipes. Include plenty of vegetables in your diet, and leave out junk food and alcohol.

Exercise is also important, but that doesn't mean you instantly need to buy a gym membership. Look up body weight workout routines, pick a circuit that works for you, and stick to it. A half hour of exercise a day has been proven to be incredibly beneficial for the body and mind.

The one and the only way to improve physical strength is lifting weights... either thru weight training or heavy physical labor. The muscles must be consistently and repeatedly stressed, and that challenge will force them to grow stronger over time.

You have to be mentally, spiritually and physically strong for you to say you have a strong body. You have to eat well, have a supportive family and friends and also be healthy. You do not need to be fat or have huge muscles for you to believe you are strong.

People prefer to build muscle mass if they're training hard. Though, some just want to be physically stronger without putting on unnecessary weight. So I think your diet plays a huge role in this. Choose the right combination of foods that will supplement your body goals.

We are what we eat, so if you want a strong body, you have to build it. Get rid of fat/oily food, eat more veggies and protein, specially chicken and fish. Loose some fat body by doing cardio, that will make your muscles more obvious. But also you have to do some strength/body building training. So, you have to choose if you just want a more defined body, or you want a healthier body, and depending on that, you will choose what to do.

If you mean body is the human body and specifically your own body then I guess you have to indulge in healthy lifestyle. First off is the evaluation of the food that you eat. I don’t go for herbal treatment or prevention and I hate supplements. Just choose the right foods to eat and you are on your way to good health. Another factor is the exercise because that physical activity gives your body the strength and stamina not to mention the muscles that can result.
