Yoga or dance. I like both for different reasons. The yoga helps me stay limber and toned. Also, the yoga moves are very relaxing for my mind and body. And, the dance is just fun and something that I like to do with my daughter. She is a very high energy person too.
I like to dance. Granted I am not very good at all but that does not stop me.
I hate to exercise. I do like to walk though so I will walk when I have the chance.
Yoga is a good all around exercise, very low impact. You will increase your body's flexibility with yoga and help to maintain long lean muscles.
I have tried yoga before but I am not very good at it at all. I just feel so very uncoordinated.
I like to dance so you can consider that exercise. It really does help to get the heart pumping.
Just find two or three really good yoga poses that you feel comfortable with and work on those until you feel comfortable trying something new.
That's what I did and it really worked for me. The yoga is good for helping me to increase my flexibility, especially in my spine. And, that's a good thing considering how much sitting I do for work.

I start my day with swimming. I am fond of swimming and I gain some extra pounds when the swimming season is off here at my city.

Yoga is good for your physical health as well as for your mental health. That's why it is advisable to do yoga specially for us, as we spend lots of time in front of computer/laptop.

I do like to exercise a lot but I don't have a favorite exercise. I like to jog in the park or make my daily exercise at a gym. I go to a gym three times a week and I do all my coach says to do!
Absolutely. I love to exercise. Running, jogging and swimming are my top activities. I also go to the gym about two or three nights a week. If I am not able to leave the house for whatever reason, I use my Zumba videos to exercise. Especially now that I work from home, I always make it a priority to ensure I get myself moving.
To be honest, I am overweight and I don't like to exercise. I sleep early because I leave early for work, being on the road before 5 am to avoid the heavy traffic on the road. And my hectic schedule is my alibi not to exercise. But sometimes people would force me because they would call my attention when they think I am not exercising. By the way, my only exercise at home aside from the bending and stretching is the hand grip exerciser. It is to strengthen the muscles in my tummy so I can control it from bulging. But I have to use the hand grip everyday and for at least 2 minutes.
I have to be honest, I'm super lazy when it comes to exercise, but I feel really good when I'm doing Yoga. It has change my vision of exercising. Also, when I'm in the mood for some funny routine, I take some Zumba classes, super active, you will burn a lot of calories, and you will improve your dancing. Sometimes, I do some walking and stretching, helps me a lot with my joints and cardio.

While I was an active fitness dude, I always jog for an hour or more in the school road terrain and that is a sure way that I survived the issue of stress and fatigue while in the university.
I love doing the exercise. And I make sure to get into the exercise and walking every few hours. Walking daily adds up a lot. You cn see that people who are into active exercise that can be helpful in many ways. Exercising always helps with the metabolism. I have to admit that I am overweight simply because I am negligent of the prescribed workout. I used to go on biking around our village for my morning exercise when I developed a swollen leg muscle, I quit biking. My only exercise now aside from the bending and stretching is the use of hand grip exerciser. It is a very small exercise that I still miss because of my work schedule. But on weekends, I do some walking for a kilometer that makes me develop a good sweat.
