Do you ever just want to be alone?

Sometimes, I really crave alone time, some time just for me. During my alone time, I read to myself or work on my computer. But this alone time is very good and therapeutic, especially to be away from the noise of crowds or others who are talking too much.

Yes almost once a month this happens to me I am so frustrated with all the work and sitting in front of computer working and working so i usually goto to the beach and relax myself . I think sometimes we need a little time alone to relax our mind clear our thoughts . I feel lucky that I can get this chance to have some alone time but I am sure there are many people who have kids and families and they barely get this option in months .
Sometimes friends and family are of no use to spare you from the work frustrations and you need to be alone to calm yourself Do you ever just want to be alone?

Alone time is extremely crucial to an individual. Some people prefer having someone around all the time. However, introverts and ambiverts (and even some extroverts) do crave some alone time. Me being a hardcore introvert need a lot of alone time. It gives me a lot of peace and I get less cranky when I deal with other humans. I need to be alone from time to time so I can reserve or recuperate my energy. You are the real you when you're alone. It helps me discover new aspects of myself and I endlessly create myself as I'm experiencing quality time with myself simply getting to know myself. This is only my personal perspective and the amount of alone time a person needs differs from individual to individual.

Having such time is a way to feel relaxed and reflect on the things of life. I have not had time to do so, but it seems that I will have to start having time to be alone and reflect on life and things that I need to achieve during these periods.

I know some people like you. In fact, my husband also had that style before that he would go somewhere just to be alone. He would say that he needed space to meditate and sort things out but I think he does that to relax his mind because life now is very dynamic that sometimes we couldn’t cope with the pace. How about spending a day off in a mountain resort all by yourself? That would be a great place to unwind.

I have had that feeling a lot when I socialize with wrong set of the people. And it can be seriously affecting my health when I can think about it. But overall I'd say that being alone is a state. You may surely enjoy your life being alone more than being part of someone's life. It's always better to take time out for yourself. So that you can learn more about the things around.
