I feel so much healthier and more energetic whenever I take a multi-vitamin. I have not taken one for awhile and lately am feeling very tired earlier in the day. I will have to put my good health back on the to do list for the New Year.

Yes I do. Not too often though, just once in a while and only after consulting with a medical practitioner. Self medication can be dangerous.

I do take vitamins depending on the doctors suggestion. Most of the time vitamin once a month is fine for me. I do take b12 vitamin tablets. And that is more than enough for my health. I have found out that vitamin tablets vary depending on health condition. It can be healthy to take only if the doctors recommend it. Otherwise it's not so much worth taking for sure from what I know.

Yes fruits, vegetables and the dry fruits are full of vitamin. And they can be good enough for the budget too. You can see that it can make the immune system and also the digestion as well. That's something you have to consider as well. I agree as long as body is healthy with immune system that helps a lot.

The only ones that my physician recommends. Usually those are Folic acid and Vitamin C. They help to reinforce the immune system, and keep our female hormone levels good. Besides that, you can add some multivitamins that contain minerals like Iron, Phosphorus, Calcium, which participate in tissue elaboration. That's more than enough.

This discussion reminds me of my younger days when my mother used to buy a bottle of vitamin pills for me. I was a skinny girl and I remained slim in my first 10 years in the office work. But now I get the vitamins I need from natural means particularly from the fruit juice in the morning, vegetables in my meals and also fresh fruits. It is more expensive but more enjoyable instead of taking vitamin pills.
