What's your favorite piece of technology?

I like my iPad as it's a work station on the go or at home when I want to relax. I like all the options it gives me for work or play.

I need a laptop. I was going to get one at Christmas but postponed the purchase. I would love to just work in any room of the house, even hanging out in front of the TV .

I'm using an iPad for much of my online activities and find it more convenient than even a laptop, for Facebook and other sites.

If you have the money this could be a really good investment. Though i would worry that my daughter would get my iPad and use as a 'play toy' and then say bye bye to the iPad.

As a busy mom, I rely on my iPhone to track appointments and keep me in touch with others in the family via Facebook and phone. And, I like my iPhone as it's very stylish and easy to use. I am sure that I would not want to do without it.

And, what was the cost of your Android phone? Do you consider it a business expense, such as something you use to help manage your work?

Cost is varies depending on location. High taxes countries cost about $1000 while some countries cost only about $500 like China. ;) For me, I purchased it in a high taxes country so it costed me nearly $1000.
No, it's completely personal since I can't use SEOClerks on phone because it will be very inconvenient as it doesn't have an app so I've to open browser and login whenever I want to access SEOClerks account. What Therefore, no, I don't consider it as business expense. What

I was thinking before how that might be the situation for you. Here, the prices of Androids are very reasonable especially if you get them with a contract. Or, depending on where you buy online.

Yes, contract is a good choice if you use 4G. ;)
Or, depending on where you buy online.
I don't trust online when buying expensive things because most probably they're fake or have some problems.

Even Amazon? I'm asking as I have been shopping for phones on the Amazon site and read some mixed (good/bad) reviews on quality of phones there.

AFAIK, Amazon pricing are quite high. And, I don't use Amazon as my shopping site because of its prices and design. What I believe that sites with nice design are more reliable than sites with ugly designs. What

I'm always worried with sites like Amazon that they will send me a used product when I have requested new. The same goes for eBay, though some people have very positive experiences with both sites.

Many companies here offer Samsung Galaxy or Apple iPhones with a 2 year subscription. The phone is usually cheaper priced than if you pay full retail. I guess this is a really good deal for anyone who knows they will want to use the same service for 2 years, but there are some very steep cancellation fees. For that reason, I'm very leary of committing to a 2 year plan. I would prefer a very good phone with a pay as you go plan that allows me to get service when/how I want it rather than being locked into one plan.

I believe both Amazon and eBay offer a guarantee protection for customers from scammers and frauds as long as you detect it within the protection period. So, there is nothing to worry to shop! ;)

Yes, one-time payment from full retail is much cheaper than the 2 years subscription. The cancellation fee is high because you're signing a contract with the telecom company to use their service. What

That's a good choice if your phone isn't a smartphone. What However, if it's a smartphone, I would suggest you to go for the 2 years subscription that offers Internet Connection (like 3G or 4G) otherwise your smartphone no difference from a useless Nokia phone. What  Nevertheless, I will not recommend you to subscribe if you make a lot of calls/SMS monthly.

Other than the Internet Connection advantage for smartphones, you still also get free (may not be unlimited) incoming and outgoing calls; SMS and MMS monthly without needing to topup balance yourself.

Most likely, the only way I would get a mobile now is if it were a smart phone. I would not mind having the option to make or receive calls, such as for calling for a cab to go to town. I just want a device that I can use to check on the forum when I'm not at my computer and to check my SEOClerks messages, if this is possible. It's possible I could do all that on a tablet as well.

What's your budget to buy a new handphone?

Maybe not this specific phone but something that looks like this. If I were going to get a phone, it would take me at least a month of reading reviews to decide.

http://www.walmart.com/ip/AT-T-GoP...rtphone/33154206

I would want to read more carefully what they all offer. This one has 4G, so that's useful.

Personally, I feel you shouldn't trust so much on reviews because they may be false or over-thinking. You should read the specifications, disadvantages, FAQ and policies of the company. If they offer full refund if not satisfied, then you don't have to worry as long as you comply their Refund Policy.

I can tell you that no matter how good the product or service is, there will be always 1 negative review. If you want it to completely excellent, then I recommend you to create your own phone. ;)

I've been eyeing this phone, http://www.ebay.com/itm/1112093392...RK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT . Pricing is affordable and quite good specifications. What

My desktop computer had a malfunction this weekend so now maybe I will be getting a new computer. It would be nice to get a laptop as it can go with me anywhere, even out of the house.

I was very fortunate to receive a laptop as a birthday gift and it's been helping a lot with my work. So much faster than my desktop ever was and as you said, it travels with me. Love how I can go anywhere and my laptop can go with me.

I work in the IT department so I am used to the computer particularly with the laptop. When the cell phone came to fore, I bought a Motorola in 1998 just to be abreast of the times. When the home internet became popular, we subscribed to an internet provider. It was just fine for a non-techie like me. But when the smart phone came out in the market, it mesmerized me. Now I am using my smart phone for my internet access which I can do wherever I am.

I would have to say that my favorite part piece of tech is my smartphone because I use it daily. TG ere hasn't been a day gone by that I didn't use my smartphone. It's one thing that I can't live without.

I'd say that my phone is my favorite piece of technology as well, and it's a necessity for me because I need it for work, and I use it to do various tasks. For instance, I can tell you that about a year ago, I managed to learn about https://customers.ajax.systems/dental-clinic-case, and I decided to install the same security system in my office. And with my phone, I can easily control and check everything even when I'm not there, so my phone is a tool that simplifies my life a lot.
