    Malwarebytes is an excellent free program and was the only anti virus/spyware program I could get to run on my computer once when it was infected as the spyware kept shutting down all other removers. The Malwarebytes successfully removed the infection and saved my computer. I still use this software weekly and it always outperforms any others.

    Scan your computer once a week with any good spyware or virus removing tool. This will remove most if your spywares!

    Don't visit download sites, free movie sites or torrents as they are likely to contain files which can infect your computer with spyware.

    This is the first time I've heard of Malwarebytes. I will take note of it. Our home desktop has Avast for the free anti virus. We do a scan once a month or every 2 months depending on our free time. So far our computer has been safe from viruses and malwares but we cannot be too comfortable. There should be extreme care when entering new websites.
