I think the 1st one raises an interesting discussion about all these new domain extensions being released now. Sure, they LOOK cool, but only 2 things can happen. Either...

1) Google ignores the sudden clutter of them and they don't rank well.

2) They all start ranking, giving everyone else 20 times the competition they had before. Imagine ranking well for a keyword with your hard-worked, established site, and now there's 100 other sites with fancy new domain names all fighting yours in the SERP. Nightmare, it will be.

I'm not looking forward to it.

Possibly, but I'm not really worried. Newer sites won't have anywhere near the same credibility with Google as a more established, veteran site with ten times the content. So though it might seem like a good idea theoretically to nail down all those keywords with the new TLD extensions, these new sites will have to put in all the hard work the older ones did to rank well.

I think the clutter of new extensions is going to be a MUCH bigger problem than what people realize as of yet, but at least it keeps the domainers happy...lol

So, let's make this an interesting experiment.....

I propose that you create a site on BOTH domains SEO'd for the same keywords on each and then follow which domain extension does better in the SERP. Keep us updated in this thread where everyone can follow and offer suggestions.

Are you up for the challenge??? Just bought 2 new domains (What youse think?)

I have never heard about dot center domain, however, I do know about biz domain, even though I have never owned this domain. Biz is a good domain name for the website that primarily deals with business, offline or online. having the extension that actually describes the niche of your domain is a great idea.

I have also heard about biz domain only. I am also surprised of how cheap it is. I am looking forward to buying it soon although I like .com domains more.

Socialmedialinks.biz domain is really nice. I am not sure about the one with .center.
