    If you've owned a domain for awhile and have decent search engine ranking for the site that it redirects to, you might consider selling the domain. If you've been doing SEO for awhile with the domain, you should already have plenty of backlinks built up.

    When the price is high? When will be the price high? You never know.
    Actually, price of any domain depends on its values such as keywords, name, age etc. The price of the domain will be the amount the buyer is going to pay. You can get $20 for a two year old domain, or $2000, you can never speculate.
