Bounce rate will only hurt, not benefit your site. The bounce rate refers to when a visitor clicks to your site from the search results on Google or Bing and then (not finding what they want) clicks back or leaves the site through another link.

A “bounce” is when a searcher uses Google to find your site via specific keyword searches and, upon clicking your Google listing for said keywords, immediately (or within a specific time frame that isn’t defined by Google) clicks the “back” button on his/her browser, thus taking the searcher back to the Google listings

There is not a benefit for your website with bounce rate. However if you have a competitor and they have a high bounce rate, this could be good for your site.
