I applied for Adsense three years ago for a blog that I was running at the time and was turned down. Then about a year ago, I was approved for my newest blog which is about a year old. This blog has lots more content than the first one, so I'm pleased to be approved.

12 years with adsense now. Don´t use it all the time - just with high traffic sites where CPC is high. The results are very different depending on site theme. Last success was a 75.00o visitors/month health rekated side which made € 100-200/day. I placed an affiliate product from Clickbank and made more. Removed adsense and made even more with the aff-product.

I have been using Adsense since 2010. I was publishing on Hubpages. In order to earn on Hubpages, you were required to place Assense code on your hubpages account. I aplied throug hubpages and was approved. In that time Google adsense were not differenciated as third party account, google product account (youtube, blogger) or primary account.

My husband had registered with Adsense even before it was bought by Google. It was for their office website that included my husband’s blogs. From what I know, he is earning $100 every 2 years for that. And a several years back, he created another Adsense for his Youtube videos. And just this week, he received the first $100 from his monetized videos. Maybe he can be rich if he will have a viral blog or video.

So Google acquired Adsense from another company? I always thought that Adsense was Google's original program, the program created and launched by the Google. If your husband is a hobbyist blogger, I think he is already earning a good money. For a professional blogger, that kind of income means nothing.

The basic of earning from adsense is high traffic. You will not earn until you get thousands of visitors to your website. However, more than number, conversion is important. In order to make money from adsense you need ad clicks, Your visitors must click ads. If you managed to have related ads, for instance on the article about traveling, you have an ad for cheap flights, you can increase the chances of ad clicks.
