How do you name/use UTM_CAMPAIGN, UTM_MEDIUM, UTM_SOURCE?

    How do you name/use UTM_CAMPAIGN, UTM_MEDIUM, UTM_SOURCE?

    I run ads and I use the URL builder to generate the ending params. My analytics then captures this data and can report campaigns to me. I'm a bit confused on how to name it all though for the best affect/use.

    UTM_SOURCE is fairly easy as you just enter where it is from (adwords, Facebook, etc).

    UTM_MEDIUM is easy since you just enter type (CPC/CPM/etc).

    But Campaign? What do you put? I end up putting something like SITE_HOMEPAGE1 which seems retarded. What does 1 mean? nothing to me. lol

    Any suggestions on how to name the campaign? Should I use more of the URL builder variables?

    I have seen this and have never used it. But if I were going to name my campaign, I would use a descriptive term easy for me to remember. For example I am an affiliate marketer and some of the vendors sell a variety of products. If I create a special link to sell "feng shui gifts", I would probably name the campaign "fengshui".
