Will affiliate links also work without "a" in front of the domain?

I would like to know if our affiliate links (http://a.seoclerks.com/linkin/USER)
will also work in format of: http://seoclerks.com/linkin/USER (without "a." in front of the domain?

I'm asking because I used links without "a" before for promoting Seoclerks and I'm not sure if they will work now like they did before.

It's just best to use the affiliate link given in your control panel as that one will always work.

I know. But I created some promotional forum posts around 2 years ago that I can not change anymore and I used old link, so I want to know if it will still work.

Yes, I'm sure those links will work, but they will redirect to an affiliate subdomain version as that is what was put in place. You would still get credit for the link being clicked on.

Yeah i was curios about same question, because on affiliate page we are given URL address of affiliate RSS feed and all links listed in that feed are without a. subdomain, so it's good to know that we will get credit for it too

sure. we ought to get the credit for it for it is our right. but to avoid any suspection or cirousity or worriness, it is better to follow protocol and let things be the way they are.
