Why are people posting vents about services in vents section?

I have seen several vents about SEOClerks services and features in the venting section and I'm sure that area is intended for general gripes as a freelancer not gripes against a specific person. Wouldn't that be for call out for another area such as feedback?

It seems to be working out with people posting their concerns in that section. And, everyone seems to like that section for venting, so I guess it should stay that way.

Some site users may not know they can easily express their opinion in the suggestions and feedback section and just use the concerns/venting section because it is more easily accessible.

can you tell me the meaning of venting? Is it the same meaning as concerns? Or they different?

Gripes, complaints, venting, concerns are mostly the same thing.

Some people will just use a different word to describe their issue.
