Buyer Placed Order but Hasn't Completed Details, What do I do?

I actually asked this question here: https://www.seoclerks.com/faq/8435...ils-What-do-I-do but am posting here too.

A buyer has placed an order from me but has not completed the requirements of the order.
He has set his privacy level to not receive PM's/Mails so I can't contact him.
If I let the order expire and his money is returned, will this affect my User Level/Ranking?
Or is there a way to prompt the buyer into completing the details?

I'm new here so this might not be of any help, but I wonder if you could edit the order with a message for the client?
If there is no communication from you he may very well double check it and either modify his privacy settings or message you the details.

Thanks for the suggestion but the buyer hasn't signed in since placing the order.
