That's very scary. Is there any way, this bogus phishing domain (link) can be blocked so that it's not accessible from this site? That way no one accidentally clicks on the link in a PM and gets hacked. Also, has this user been banned yet? Or do they keep making accounts? Maybe there is a way to ban the user by IP as you can do on a forum.
It should be prevented from happening now. Hopefully.
Since this happened (by a few users what I am aware of), the Clerks Network websites have all been upgraded to https what makes the websites more secure. Most of these phishing sites was poorly put together.
I remember one site in the olden times when you click on the email that brings you to that site. It was like the email log in web page that you are required to type in your login details. And when you do, the screen would show a laughing clown that says you have been fooled into giving your username and password to them. Fortunately, that site was just for fun and a good way of warning users to be careful with their login details.
