Hello everybody maybe every body is wondering how to decrease his/her response time and make it better, so here are some times:
Yes but in case your Buyer resides in a country where the time difference is 8+ hours then there is a high possibility that when he messages on the order page, you are having sweet dreams.
But it is always better to keep the response time less than 12 hours. It is not necessary to have it in order to succeed.
I see many successful top sellers having response time of above 1 day and still they receive orders on daily basis. I am sure they have worded very hard to reach at that point and have responded in a very timely manner when they started provided services.

I think also that the Response Time is important but not the one and only important thing. Friendly Costumersupport, Friendly and Fair Prices are also important. And when the Buyer must wait 2 Hours longer on a response but get then in the end a gread result i think the Costumer is more happy
Yes its the main factor if response time is less than your reputation is good.
yes, there is a problem when someone does not live in the US like me
The response time is very important.if the buyers are your country this is good for you.you reply the buyer fast.but buyer are other countries like usa.
This is not possible to reply fast.most buyer from usa.

Response time is only calculated for the "reply time" you take to respond your buyer/seller on the order page.
Time taken to reply PM conversations is not calculated.

If your response time is below 3hr you are good here. Always try to reduce it. For this always be on line and give reply all the messages from visitors immediately.

Actually only solution is you have to give as much time as you can on your account.

I think that there are best way to reduce response time as following;
* Replay back ASAP after getting any order
* Replay back ASAP, when anybody send you any update on their order page.
My response time is 6 hours.

I have so quick replay to my any buyer and give them better solution,
