Free Bumping feature of SoundCloud services is not allowed anymore?

Hi,

Last evening I tried to Free Bump one SoundCloud service (I had 5 free bumps available), but I couldn't and a message notified me that bumping the service in not allowed. I tried to free bump other SoundCloud services, but I couldn't and I've got the same message... Also, I didn't bumped these SC services sooner than 12h. Other services (from bookmarks, reverbnation, etc) could successfully bumped for free.

Does anybody know what's happening?

That's only true for allowable services, such as ones that they will allow to be published on the site. Some services such as Facebook likes can't be created or bumped anymore. So maybe that is also true of SoundCloud services now.
