Hi

My recommend is that you create a website either free or paid one,after that add your all service to your website and start promoting your website to facebook,twitter,google+1 and more.

Post your service on classifieds website also view ads of other people require some service like SEO...,.... etc.

You can advertise your freelance services on Craigslist or any other free online classified advertising site, so long as such ads are allowed. Be careful when advertising on Craigslist as many people will try to scam you out of services there.
