Hi

My recommend is that you create a website either free or paid one, after that add your all service to your website and start promoting your website to facebook,twitter,google+1 and more.

Post your service on classifieds website also view ads of other people require some service like SEO...,.... etc.

I hope this will help

Q&A websites, niche forums and G+ landing pages (if you know to highly target your potential customers).

Are you talking about Yahoo Answers? Will they allow backlinks to SEOClerks? I have not tried this out, so I would like to know.

I like to use Pinterest for my blog but I don't know if it would work for your SEOClerks freelance services as Pinterest is mostly about beauty and home and fashion items.

You can advertise your freelance services on Craigslist or any other free online classified advertising site, so long as such ads are allowed. Be careful when advertising on Craigslist as many people will try to scam you out of services there.
