$1.00 sales don\'t turn into repeat business for me
I'm not sure how it works for all of you, but I've found that having an intro type service, such as 5 posts for $1.00 is fairly popular but the customer almost never comes back to order a larger package.
The only buyers who come back are those who paid a lot of money to start with. For instance, if a customer pays $20 to $30 on the first order, they almost always come back later and that's repeat business.
And, I know many sellers rely on affordable/budget priced services (such as $1.00) and it works for them, but maybe that's just what those services sell for. Possibly it varies by niche, as to whether or not a $1.00 service results in repeat customers.
I don't have good results gaining long term customers offering a 'cheap' service.
