    So long as these are legally binding, it could be a good option for the freelancer who is working outside of a website, such as securing their own contacts for work. This would provide some legal protection, assuming you could bring a court case against the person for non payment.

    This would be good for the freelancer who is not working through a gig site that holds the money in escrow until the job is done. In this way, you would be legally protected from being scammed.

    I know nothing about electronic signature and never heard of HelloSign. I need to check this out and see if I can use this service. I might have to use this service especially for the contracts that involve a lot of money.
