I recently verified my account, both my telephone number and address.

Will there be any special bonus/privileges in doing this?

I suggest that verified sellers have an additional badge and be given some form of priority in listings.

Verified users will receive a badge on their profile and possibly/probably on their services (for sellers).

Great News, I think it will definitely help increase trust in sellers if they have taken the opportunity to get officially verified.

Also it is a win/win for those that get verified because of the $5 coupon/voucher that gets sent after verification, which was a nice surprise.

Phone verification is not like it use to be years ago, now you can receive messages (sms) on internet even if you don't have phone, so i guess it's nothing special about it

That's another good reason for the home address verification process too. Though it's not mandatory at this time for a buyer, it can be imposed if the buyer is considered high fraud risk.

Phone security is great feature to make sure our account so secure. I really love it. Yes a bangde can added to our profile for phone and address verification that will increase confident of our customer,they will know about seller reality.
But I also think that SEOclerks need provide any bonus about it.

You will need to verify your home address and sign up for the snail mails to get the follow up $5 coupon. It takes a few weeks to get your postcard with coupon code after that.

Looks like all sellers who joined after May 1st, 2016 will have to verify before moving up the levels.
