    How can I return 50% fund to a buyer?

    Hello,

    I promise 50% refund if the buyer is not satisfied. I refunded once previously also and it was very easy but now it looks difficult. There is no link to refund. Buyer is telling me to buy the gift cards in this link

    Is there any other way to refund? Whatever payment we get from buyers, 20% of that goes to SEOClerks and now in refunding if I will be buying gift card then that 20% will also go from my account. Please suggest what to do. Please help.

    There is no option for refund.
    Seoclerk will not refund their share.

    So you have to send gift card to him.

    Did you try contacting support? support has been very helpful and has solved all my issues so far!
    Maybe they can find a way to fix this as I guess both parties want the same thing.. 50% refund..

    What can they do with the giftcards tho? Only use it to buy other services on SEOclerks?

    The only refund that can be done is if your service is set at 50% guarantee and the buyer invokes it, then the buyer gets half of what the total sale price is of the service.
