Active order 3 in my account

Active order 3 in my account

I am getting always red notification where is 3 order on my account but when i goes to my sales i dont see any active order

so here i think some one paid and they did not reply under order id.

so is it true ?

now what i can do any advice here ?

I also have same problem for last week. I am noticing a 1 active order, even after completing all orders. This happes from a day when a buyer inbox me and agreed to get my service soon. Before one of my offfer finished.

So i thought he may have bought my service and not activate that.

Does it affect my response time?

If someone pay and didn't aci]tivate it, it would not show up to you.
It could be that someone left message or rate your previous jobs, so look under delivered and other tabs to see where it is

It's a glitch that started showing up a few days ago. My order numbers are never right anymore, and can change even during different page views in the same session.

Right now mine shows 4, even though its actually 8. An hour ago it showed 6...lol

Only some sellers do, as the glitch is triggered by a cancelled order that wasn't fully formed in the first place. Then the numbers get all messed up after that one.

if red notification seen in the sales tab and when you click on the manage sales its showing 0 order than go to sales->manage sales->All tab than you will see i think you have missed some reply.

when this happens, its most likely that the person has booked an order from you but has not paid yet or the payment hasn't been completed. Also it could mean that the person hasnt provide the necessary requirements for the gig purchase to be marked completed.

When reviewing my own services, sometimes I see that an order is open, when I know there is no matching order on my seller dashboard. It has always been a mystery to me as why this happened. Thanks for explaining it.
