    downgrade level

    i am level 3 seller but suddenly now downgrade to level 1, how can i regain my level again?
    they said there is Infractions in account. Anyone know how to delete/remove that infractions from my account?

    Hi,

    Infraction happens when anyone violate the terms and conditions of the site.
    If you think it was not your mistake then contact support team to resolve this issue. Otherwise there will be a period of inraction. Once you reach that date the infraction will be removed and your level will be up again.

    Yes Infraction means its a penalty for you means you work beyond rules and regulation so Seoclerks penalized you and you can see at your profile page what was your mistake ? why you penalized.
    and it has a duration of time to expire than only you will upgrade to level-3

    Ya I got it. I talk to support and they upgrade to level 3 again. downgrade level
    But , the question here is , they penalized me because I make gig about amazon review. As much I know there is not any single word about amazon review in terms n conditions or other statements. Then we employee know about such things.

    Offering Amazon paid reviews is prohibited. The reason those services are not allowed on SEOClerks is they are against Amazon TOS.

    A good rule of thumb is this: If it's against a site's TOS, don't offer that service here. For instance, Facebook likes are against Facebook TOS, so don't try to offer them here.

    Buying or selling a Netflix account is against Netflix TOS. So don't try to sell that service on SEOClerks as it could result in infraction or ban of your account.
