When a buyer don't want to pay ! What to do !

Almost a month ago I have received an order as I am featured my service are seo campaigns and it is a lot work together, but once I have delivered that the buyer said some links are not working, but they are working, I said please tell me which ones I will check and fix it , He gave me some links but those were fine, He knew some SEO , so he should have knowledge about how a backlinks or campaign works, then I said all links are fine, then he raised another issue I used low quality content and my work is not standard , and the method is old style , it doesn't works now, but I have clearly explain what kind of backlinks I am making in the campaigns and also I said about extras , provided everything as expected, as the work is a big campaigns I must have some high price to complete it by my team and suppliers, Now he just rejecting delivery by sending same message, low quality work not standard old style etc, 4th time he rejected delivery, he doesn't want to pay , but I have done everything I promised , I know if i tell the story to supports they will say they can't help unless the buyer accept the delivery, but he is not wishing to pay this has no answer, We are seller we have some maintains cost and service producing cost, if buyer rejects work when it shouldn't then what to do ?

Does seller should not have any rights ? Only thy are dependent on buyers wish either it is fair or unfair ? They're wish they pay they wish they don't ? What is the value the hard work I have spent behind completing the work? If he thinks my work is old style then why he ordered ? He isn't fraud ? I think sellers should have some supports too on their rights,

Your last option is to contact help desk and provide all proof that you done the job. But nobody can force buyer to like and accept your work. Negotiation is best option, while some buyers wont negotiate at all. It's very sad. Sellers are protected, but that protection is limited due to other factors like PayPal terms of services and so on....

Thank You so much brother, I think sellers need more support, When an order is delivered that means the work is done, and then buyer should not have the chance to cancel the order with 100% refund, its a chance for them to get the works for free, and when it is a big work it cost a lot the sellers when they do not get any payments for it, so I think after completing the work buyer should not get full refund, it Is injustice, sellers should get at least 40 % if the buyer is not happy with the delivery fairly, unless seller has no fault,

if a buyer don't want to pay than no one help any how you have to refund.

Why they wont pay after the work is done? they can say they will not pay and no need to order or no work, This is a clear injustice, I face same issue with many buyer, when a service cost is $5 still they deny to pay and threat to bad feedback, and now it is near $200 so its natural that he will use the chance, I wont mind if he said the reason is no improvements or No results of my work, His issue is my strategy is old, work is low quality, etc, gave some links which are fine, he said those are wrong,

Hi I realize your situation. This situation pacing most of the seller. If I said from buyer position buyer always rights to cancel/reject order until his satisfaction. And make buyer satisfaction as a seller have to have all responsibility even ultimately. But all buyer and seller are not same both side has fraud. So, if your buyer really do those things, you could ask him for directly are you willing to pay or not? And you could tell him I have proof, which I done for you? Then you can take support ticket with all evidence. And I should believe, you will get proper judgement from staff.
Do not hope less on seoclerks. Seoclerks doing superb things for both buyer and seller. All are importance for seoclerks. And they should understand who is fraud or real.

This happens every day with SEO service providers. I have faced this type of situation many times.

But thankfully seoclerk team always think for both parties. Please contact the support team with proper evidence.

Also, I would like to request seoclerk team to focus on refund policy, on each and every service there must be a clear refund policy. Buyers should take some responsibility before he places an order. Buyers must read the service description, read the refund policy, talk with the seller and ask for sample links or work sample. After all this verification he must place an order.

As a seller I know, it takes lots of time and effort to complete an order.

Seoclerk should ban those sellers who fail to deliver what he promised in the service and those buyers who ask for a refund without any reason.

Yes , I know the supports team are awesome, and that's why I am here they did a lot of thing for me and my accounts, But when buyer don't want to pay or willing to cancel without any reason support team cant complete the order from their side until buyer does. So that's why I did not made the ticket, By the way, The Buyer now took the guarantee invoked and order is now completed,

Hi if you have all evidence according to your service explanation, what you have done for him. Staff can complete forcefully. But you must to show prove of your exact work. Despite of buyer tried to do fraud, judgement will go against buyer. Same to seller as well. Eventually your problem now has solved. Thanks for happy selling.

When a buyer don't want to pay but you have finish your work as per advertisement than contact support and report the buyer so that you will get your hard work money and buyer will get penalized.
