Get some good 2.0 / contextual links and make them all posted manually. Also focus on High PR EDU and GOV backlinks and you will be to PR1 in less than 5 days

You must have to create at least 15 backlinks for your site with relevant keywords on high PR sites.

I understand that a page rank of 1 means your site is very important to the SEO of Google and probably it also ranks high in other search engines. But unfortunately the page rank is not being used by Google anymore so the ranking of the site regarding the search list is taken from some other factors that is mostly from the algorithm. My take on getting a high ranking in search engines is to do SEO work continuously.
